While there were undoubtedly short films of nudes before 1916, there were no major film productions featuring nudity. That changed when ‘A Daughter of the Gods’ was made by Fox Films.  It featured the then famous Australian swimmer Annette Kellerman.  Kellerman pioneered the one-piece swimsuit for women swimmers and is credited by some for inventing the sport of synchronized swimming.  In 1974 she was honored by the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

I just learned about this place while web searching for nude news.  Maybe you know about it already, but for those who don’t, here is more info.

The Alpenglow Ranch Clothing Optional Bed & Breakfast is listed on clothingoptionalhomenetwork.com, a site that features “bed & breakfast style homes” available in the USA and internationally.  The website has an “AANR verified” logo.

The exact address is not provided, but if you are interest their contact info is there.  They say it is within 10 minutes of Bend on 51 acres and has a pool, hot tub, and pickleball court.  There is a 70′ slide at the pool.

There are only two guest suites, so don’t expect a crowd unless you bring your own.
